"That would be perfect for our website" – a client, 2024. We built it. And in doing so, we discovered something we hadn't expected: reliable AI responses at a B2B level only emerge when you actually control the knowledge base — not just plug in a tool.

But we discovered something else too. The conversations themselves are gold. Every visitor question is a signal — what they need, what makes them hesitate, what almost made them buy. Market intelligence of this quality simply wasn't accessible to owner-led SMEs with complex products.
